Lisa is a licensed massage therapist, trained chef, and lifelong athlete.  She has practiced yoga and run since childhood (learning hard lessons of what “sustainable exercise” means along the way!). Lisa owned a restaurant and catering business, taught The Nurturing Program for families, and completed masters work in education before moving to Washington state.  She attended Port Townsend School of Massage, with focus on Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue massage modalities. She brings a wealth of healthy, hard-won knowledge to the table; through Imagine Healthy Living, she hopes to help you on your own self care journey.
